Absolutely delicious! The toffee has been taken right to the edge so the taste is tantalising. The brittle is, well, delightfully brittle. There is a hint of salt which really adds to that scrumptious taste and the peanuts are distributed well. It is so moreish! It is the best brittle that I’ve ever tasted in 73 years.
I first came across Bob's brittle at the Springwood Growers Market in the Blue Mountains, and not long after spotted it again at the Foothills Eco Store in Glenbrook. After trying every brittle Bob makes, I was completely hooked.
Now that I’ve moved to Adelaide, I had to order a few packs of the Best Ever Peanut Brittle - partly because it reminds me of the Mountains, and partly because it really is the best brittle ever!

Definitely the best amongst locally made options. Expensive, but hey, as an occasional treat, personally believe it is well worth it. Absolutely wicked
